The 2026 "Unite Your Hearts, Charge Forward" annual conference ceremony of Tianba Carbon in Ningxia Province has been successfully concluded!

On the occasion of the horse year as we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new, all the Tianzha people gather together to attend this annual event that carries honor and embarks on the future. With joyous laughter, we will capture the shared glory of 2025 and usher in the new journey of 2026. 

At the annual meeting, Vice General Manager Pan Mingli delivered a speech, reviewing the hard work and remarkable achievements of all Tianbao employees in 2025, when they worked together with great determination and overcame difficulties. He also recognized the dedication and outstanding performance of each position. In light of the vigorous momentum of 2026, he encouraged all employees to uphold the business philosophy of "Quality First, Reputation First, Integrity-Based", and with the spirit of the horse, strive forward with determination and momentum, jointly writing a brand-new chapter of high-quality development for Tianbao Carbon.

After removing their work uniforms, the people of Tianbao all displayed their remarkable skills and charming personalities! Songs, folk arts, and sketches were performed one after another. The passionate melodies contained the pioneering spirit of the charcoal workers, while the graceful dance movements carried the warmth of the team. Each performance embodied the heartfelt intentions and creative ideas of everyone. It not only showcased the versatile talents of the new era industrial workers but also conveyed the united, proactive and upward spirit of the Tianbao people. The audience's applause and cheers were continuous, blending warmth and joy into the most touching melody.

At the annual meeting, we held two major events: the awarding ceremony for outstanding employees and the awarding ceremony for outstanding programs. Under the spotlight, the award-winning employees and the performers took the stage to receive their awards, accepting the glory and the applause from the entire audience.
